Shipping
You can expect delivery of your Plungees in 1-2 weeks. (Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the Custom Line, as those are made to order.) If you need your Plungees sooner than our usual delivery time, let us know; we will do all we can to meet your time schedule. We have changed our method of calculating shipping charges.  Previous customers will notice the missing chart of shipping fees that followed this paragraph. We now utilize real time UPS shipping data.  The shipping costs are calculated in the shipping cart when you check out. The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the items purchased and your actual mailing address and is provided directly from a link with UPS.

Return Policy
We fully expect you to love your new Plungees, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of shipment, packaged securely and in its original condition, to:

Please enclose a note outlining the reason for the return. A refund in the amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, will be made by crediting the account that was charged in the original transaction, or by check if the original transaction was paid by check.
