At Plungees we are committed to protecting your privacy. We keep all
information that you share with us private and confidential. The personal
information that we ask from you is used solely to provide you with an

This certification applies to all English-language sites under the Yahoo.com domain. If you feel that your inquiry has not been satisfactorily
addressed, you should contact TRUSTe, an independent
privacy organization. TRUSTe serves as a liaison with Yahoo! to resolve your concern.

submit to us, so that we can ensure that your information stays confidential.
IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer
and tune the operation of our site, and to log your browser type and referring
url information. Your IP address may also be used in collecting statistical
data or in gathering broad geographic information. Certain parts of this

Fraudulent Charge Protection
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control. If a third party obtains
your personal information from a purchase made with us and uses that information
to perpetrate credit card fraud, you are protected. Under the Fair Credit
Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank holds you liable for any portion of the $50, Plungees
will cover up to the entire $50, as long as the unauthorized use resulted
through no fault of yours from purchases made on Plungees secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications
from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. We
also give users the opportunity to change their information in our database
or to remove their information from our database. To do so, please send
your request via email to support@plungees.com.
